There, now I’ve fixed some buggish stuff in SPB (SimplePHPBlog, the system that is used for this blog). The view counter now works, and the voting system now only permits you to vote once (the system saves an md5sum of your IP and User Agent).
If anyone wants my version of SPB, just ask me…

It's getting colder

The weather is getting colder, both inside and outside. I don’t think there’s any patch to fix that. :P
I just look at it in a good way, I.E. we’re getting closer to Christmas, my favorite time of the year. :) Let’s hope we get snow this year, just like last year when it snowed on [...]

Kubuntu Breezy

I upgraded my Kubuntu Hoary (5.04) install to Kubuntu Breezy (5.10) during the weekend and I couldn’t be much happier with the results. Breezy is just great, it works a lot better than hoary which had a lot of glitches that gave it a betaish state. Let’s hope it gets even better in Dapper (6.04), [...]
